Organizational Behavior research is clear: teams perform best when everybody feels safe to speak up. But in today’s workplaces, who speaks in meetings is often determined by characteristics unrelated to intelligence or expertise, like status, gender, confidence, extraversion, English language familiarity, and race. This means organizations leave good ideas on the table, in almost every meeting.

I offer workshops and trainings to teach companies and teams how to run more inclusive meetings, and create environments where ALL employees feel safe to speak up, even if they have opposing views or dissenting opinions. I also offer coaching, consulting, and trainings on topics related to gender and diversity in organizations.

I offer one-on-one coaching to individuals using evidence-based strategies to gain more confidence speaking up, whether in meetings, classrooms, or in your personal life.
